We were asked to drive high quality traffic to in order to hit their sales targets, while utilising organic social to increase resonance amongst fans, and paid social to drive sales

What We Did

Alongside our DR activity and awareness posts, we introduced more video content for The Disney Store including GIF’s and cinemagraphs, to increase engagement

We made sure we pushed towards the best-performing targeting segments within each campaign, with targeting tailored to each individual promotion.

With the introduction of CRM audiences, we had access to dedicated Disney Store customers on Facebook so we could retarget them with messaging we knew they would want to hear.

The Results

Our content drove huge resonance, with engagement rates of 9% or more
